Over the years, both Apple and other companies have released iPods as special promotional items. Usually, these iPods only differentiate from normal iPods in what they have engraved on the back. While there are thousands of promotional iPods that have been released, this article is split up into two sections: Official Apple promotional iPods and Non-Official Promotional iPods. The most notable promotional iPod is the U2 Special Edition iPod.
