The Second Generation iPod Nano, released in 2006, was the successor to the First Generation iPod Nano. It was available in a silver 2GB, a silver, pink, green, or blue 4GB, or a black 8GB model. It retains similar physical dimensions to the first generation iPod Nano, but has a body style similar to the iPod Mini.
