IPod shuffle

The iPod shuffle may refer to several different iPods, including:

• IPod Shuffle (Third Generation), rel. 2009
• IPod Shuffle (Fourth Generation), rel. 2010

The iPod Shuffle is characterized by the lack of a screen. It does not have a clickwheel, but rather buttons in a clickwheel-like shape. They were the cheapest iPods within the iPod line. They were created to help make a more affordable iPod for those looking just to shuffle music.
